I use Conversions Plus from DataViz (www.dataviz.com). As a plus, it also
allows you to read Macintosh floppies, CD's and Zip disks with your PC. It
will convert many wordprocessing, spreadsheet, database, and graphic
formats. Cost about $100. Will do single files or batches.
