I also received two of these e-mails, and I found out after that it's a variation of the Bagle Virus that started making the round's as of midnight the 18th. There's no attachment with the e-mail, so considering it 'safe' I opened it also - it appeared empty, but unfortunately contain's the Bagle-Q virus, if you go to Symantec, Microsoft, etc., it will tell you how to either manually remove it or download a file to get rid of it too.
