Pat,
Try Start, Documents, and look at your recent documents (if there open and
save). Or check in your recycle bin and restore the folder if found there.
Lastly if you use Win Millennium or Win XP try using the built in system
restore (if activated) or Symantec's Go Back program, if you have it on
your computer. If none of that works then maybe someone else will have a
better solution, but sometimes when something's lost it is permanently
lost. That is why I recommend backing up (to a CD or Hard Drive) with a
continual backup program like Datakeeper by Powerquest.
