After you format a hard drive you have to boot up your system with a Windows
boot-up floppy disk. This floppy is usually created when the Windows OS is
first installed. On this floppy are the drivers for the CD-Rom drive. If you
have this floppy then just slip it into the floppy drive and boot up the
system, when you get to the menu choose the selection, "..........with
CD-Rom support". When you do this your drive letters are bumped up a notch
because Windows creates a Ram drive, so if your CD-Rom drive was D before,
it will now be E. Then from the A prompt type E: and hit enter, then you
will see the E:> prompt. Now just put your CD into the CD-Rom drive and type
setup.exe after the Prompt.
Now, if you don't have this Floppy, try to find someone you know who uses
the same Windows Operating system as you and have him/her make you a startup
floppy.
