My ISP (SWBell) is raising it's price and putting a maximum  number
of hours (150) that I can spend on line. Over that it is about $1.80
per hour.

Thus I need a timer (for WIN311 and Netscape 3.x) so that I can I
have a immediately available record of my accumulated hours at
any time during the month.

I have tried the following: SmartSurf 1.2 - This one gives ME gpf's
and appears impossible to configure because of the way SWBell has
their Netscape configured.  Also tried Log In Log. This seems nice
and simple but it will not keep a record of "accumulated" time only
each session.

Any suggestions?
