I have a friend that uses AOL and whenever he tries to DL a picture from the
internet either by
right clicking and saving as or just DL'ing it his only options are to save
as either an .art file
or .bmp.  What is an .art file?? is that an AOL thing? he would like to keep
them as .jpg.

Any help is appreciated.
