Try holding down your Shift key while you Right click a JPG image icon.
Click on Open With and the Open With dialog box appears.
Scroll down the list of programs in this box until you come to PSP7, click
to highlight it.
At the bottom of this box put a check mark in 'Always use this program to
open this type of file'
Click OK and you are done.
Now PSP7 should be associated with JPG's.
