Changing program permissions in Zone Alarm:

Look for a tab in the ZoneAlarm user interface that says
"Program Control".   Click on that, and a page will open
that lists all the programs you've allowed and/or denied.
There will be little Red Xs, Green checkmarks, or some
color ?s by each program which control whether or not
it can access the net, or act as a server.   Set them all
to ? and ZoneAlarm will pop up the alert again the next
time the program tries to access the net.  You can then
allow / disallow as you wish, and/or check the little box
next to "remember this decision".
