 sorry. try this

(a) press ctrl+p. in the dialog box see if there is a check mark in "print to file" against "comment" at the very bottom.if yes untick.

(2)see if your printer name is shown correctly at the top

NOTE 

YOU NEED TO HAVE FIREFOX OPENED BEFORE YOU PRESS CTRL+P

if the above are ok then

(3) type about:config in the address bar of the open firefox and hit "enter"

a long list of preferences will appear. scroll down to the bottom and see if you find..."print.print_printer".( without quotes)

if yes right click this and click reset. ok your way out and close and restart the browser.
