Alt-F4 (and Ctrl-F4 for window) usually works. Alt+Spacebar is good
to get system menu - this meansto move, minimize or maximize window.

Win-D minimizes all window to get desktop. Win-E to get Explorer
keypad + expands tree etc

It is not easy, but but almost anything can be done with keyboard.

I remeber there is some tutorial in Internet even more shortcutes but cant
search it today ( it is almost 10PM here).

But using mouse is _much_ more comfortable, so new mouse is considerable -
unless there is some process what gives all windows resources. Check it first.
