I don't know what prog you're in--presumably Acrobat Reader?

1. Have you tried hitting Enter (which is the keyboard command for OK)?

2. In general, to move a window up or down you can hold Alt+Spacebar down
together to bring up a menu, then hit m. Now you can move the window with
the arrow keys.

It's a handy hint to know when you get those windows where you can't quite
see the OK button.

Don't know whether it will work for Acrobat.

3. If the bottom of the page is covered with the taskbar, you might try
setting this on autohide (right click the taskbar/Properties). This might
just give enough extra window space to access the button..
