For several months now my computer has been showing an error on boot up.
It doesn't happen every time, about 1/3 of the time.

windows loads and as the tool tray starts to load up pops this error:

Rebooting generaly solves the problem but sometimes a second reboot is
necessary
I located the file Apirtap.dll in windows system but have no idea what
it belongs to or does.

My system is:
Windows 98b
AMD 400>450
Asus sp97v Mb
64meg ram (4 meg to onboard video)
voodoo2
ricoh cdrw, + 48x CD
Ne2000 network card
Sound Blaster 16

Programs that run on start in the system tray are:
Norton anit virus
Dexxa optical mouse (control panel)
Clean sweep (smart sweep, internet sweep)
Zone alarm
Icq (net detect agent)
and of course tthe volume control icon

I would really apreciate any help solving this problem first as it is
REALLY annoying!!!
