I converted my desktop to FAT32 over a year ago when hard drive space cost
more than today. I used PartitionMagic just so that I could go back if I
did have problems. But so far no problems, can't really tell any
difference other than more disk space. The one place that FAT32 would
really be worth, it is for laptops whose hard drive costs are still a lot
higher than desktop machines.
