Dear listers:

Can anyone tell me the proper procedure on upgrading my BIOS?  I have the
upgrade file and the file for flashing.  Do I just boot from a disk and run
the flash file?  Or is there some jumper or something I have to do first?  I
have a Shuttle HOT 555 mb.
