Hi Art

There's a "Service Pack 1 and Internet Tools" for Internet Explorer 5.5.
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/download/ie55sp1.htm
If your IE5.5 will let you, download the IE Setup file.

Once you've downloaded the half megabyte sized installer ie5setup.exe,
run it to download the whole service pack. (It doesn't require IE5.5
be running to do the download.) This service pack is between 8.5 MB
and 15 MB in size (depending on what options you choose) so I think
it's basically an entire new browser.
