There are probably many ways of doing this, including 'imaging' each floppy
with one of the many floppy image programs available free on the net (but
which is needed at the other end to 'unimage' so is kinda complicated)

What I would do is:
Create a temp folder.
In that temp folder create as many folders as you need for the floppies.
Name the floppy folders accordingly.
Copy each floppy into it's folder.
Use EZCD to copy the folders onto the CD
(Sorry, can't tell you step by step as I don't use EZCD anymore)
