Diane, if you are using Windows XP, get the latest version of "Tweak
XP". This program puts two shortcuts on the desktop, one is for
restarting and the other for shutting down. You even get the message "it
is now safe to turn the computer off".

I'd like to put a command to reboot windows on my desktop.

Does someone know how to do this?
