I think that's pretty much the way they patched the hole (anyway, I suggest
you read others opinions because I'm not sure). But I've heard of a
workaround. When you need to receive an .exe file, have the sender zip it
before sending it. That way you'll just receive a "harmless" .zip file which
Outlook won't complain about.
