Hi,  

i presume you have IE 7.0 and, if so, this problem is caused by an update to this browser.

see the following microsoft KB article whish also outlines a "fix"

MS acknowledge the problem, and that the suggested fix (lowering of default security settings)should be done at your own risk!!!!!

personally i would try the other fix, also mentioned in the above article
 since you can go back to your original settings easily if need be.

control panel\network&internet connections\internet options\advanced.

here scroll to the bottom (almost) till you reach  "phishing filter"

the options here are (1)disable phishing filter (2)turn off automatic web site checking (3) turn ON......

put a dot on item (1) click ok and see how it goes
