You are probably in the right place. When you click the downloads link, you
are then taken to the Majorgeeks download site, you then have to select a
suitable downloads server from the list. Ignore all the other "Goodies". I
agree, the download site is a bit of a mess.
Or, as Dave says, get it from C-Net or some other trusted site.
I've just downloaded the latest version from the Malwarebytes.org site.
Just be aware, if your computer is already infested with malware, these
will either prevent you from installing new security software, or will try
to prevent scans or updates. An old trick, if that is the case, is to boot
into Safe Mode and install the new software using a slightly different name
(say "Nailwarebytes"). This will still work OK, and generally fools the
nasties.
I usually recommend running security scans in safe mode anyway, as this
prevents any malware items from running and thus protecting themselves.
