Hi Terri,
do you have by any chance Hotbar installed on your computer - this
program is said to mess up everything (so maybe that could also cause
the problem about not staying connected!?) and especially sending out
mails with pictures or stationery? If it is not that one, go to
TOOLS - OPTIONS - SEND - HTML settings "send message with
pictures" must be checked. And if that isn't the problem either, can
you send attachments at all? If not, check your antivirus software, I
heard that some of them can be set to not send out attachments at
all!?
