I recently had to have a computer techie come to my home to repair my computer and then reinstall all my programs.  I'm on Windows 98 SE.  One of
the programs to be reinstalled was Microsoft Office 97.  It wasn't until a few days later that I noticed that I cannot open any .pps or .ppt attachments in e-mail that I receive.  I was able to do so before the repair.  I've tried to download PowerPoint from the Internet, but all I got was a viewer which was of no use to me..  The download always tells me that it was successful...but it isn't.  Any suggestions?
