I have used pc anywhere for over a year and like it very much. I have been using it thru a dial up setting to link to a main computer. I have done this thru my laptop and my home computer also and had very positive results I have not done a cable direct to my computer. I tried laplink and didn't like it but that was two years ago I don't know how the latest version is.
