Laurel,

Microsoft introduced Power Toys ( TweakUI ) for tinkering with various
settings - one of which removes obsolete items from the add/remove display
window. The link below is intended for XP, but TweakUI is available for OS's
right back to Win95.

Subject: [PCSOFT] remove program

I am using Microsoft XP on a Toshiba Satellite computer. I downloaded 1st
Clock 2.0 trial version (greenparrots.com). I did not like it. I uninstalled
the program. When I go to Add/Remove programs it still shows up.When I click
to remove it, it says it is not on my computer. I have searched:
greenparrots, 1st, clock, 2.0 and can find nothing remotely connecting me to
this program. How do I get rid of it completely? As always, thanks in
advance for your help.
