Problem is that English and German both uses Western encoding, when Russian
is Cyrillic. See instructions at
http://www.qsl.net/kd4whz/russian/icq.html
But I must add some words. Instructions are only for MS Win standard
Cyrillic encoding.
Russians often uses KOI-8 encoding so You need additional KOI-8 fonts.
Search the web ,
there is basic KOI-8 freeware fonts available.
