I have Microsoft outlook 2002.

There is a backup submenu option under file.

When that option is selected outlook is backed up when outlook is
closed.



Two questions:

  What is being backed up?

  How can the backup file be restored to a separate personal folder so
that the personal folder currently in use is not altered?



The purpose of the restoration is to see what has been backed up.
