I just installed MS's new Messenger Service a few days ago.  Seems to work
great except for the fact that it will connect to my ISP and log on whenever
it wants to.  I have not been able to find any settings within Messenger
Service that would allow it to do this. I also could not find any info on MS
sites.

DUN did not connect automatically before installing Messenger Service.

Anybody else seeing this behavior with Messenger Service?  Please provide
the corrective action if known!
