Hello--I wonder if you can help me with this problem..

The logo and color page of YourPrivacyGuard comes up and doesn't go away on
my desktop everytime I boot up..Can't get rid of it..Tried everything....It
is very annoying for it is red with an ugly symbol in the middle and down on
the bottom say--download --YourPrivacyGuard...What can I do to get rid of
this....Any help will be appreciated..
