I'm sure a program would be a better option but if you wanted to try
something else, here's a suggestion.  I haven't tried it but it should work
providing you are able to write batch files or maybe someone else on the
list could provide some suggestions.

Write a batch file to print "current" folder from DOS (I'm not too handy at
this or I could probably come up with something for you)

Go into the My Computer ---> View ----> Folder Options

Associate your batch file with a new action command for "file folders" in
the file type tab section.  This way you could run your "print batch
file"  by right clicking and picking a menu item.

Another possibility is to view your file folder in your web browser and
print it from there.

Why the heck doesn't Microsoft just put that option in the OS?  Geesh ...
lots of people seem to want it.
