Many thanks to each of you who provided helpful suggestions to solve my problem. I just discovered yesterday that, technically at least, MS Works 4 was not actually transferred to my new PC. It opens but when I tried to access the Task Wizard a window popped up saying that it "cannot find the Task Wizard files - run Setup again." I have no idea how to do that and I suspect it isn't there.

When I checked the site, suggested by Hugh Vandervoort and Selina Dunworth, for the converter for Works, it included a statement that if MS Works 6 was on the PC the converter wasn't needed.

Since I am familiar with Works, I found I could purchase MS Works 6, plus Money, for $5.00 US, plus postage, so I have ordered it from "5 Dollar Software". Hopefully, that will bring my problem to a satisfactory conclusion.

Ron
