Your dialup settings seem to be correct.
If I was troubleshooting this problem, I would immediately uninstall any
and all Norton products and try again. You could also disable Norton
Internet security temporarily. This may be overkill for a dialup
connection anyway.
The free equivalents have been discussed many times in this forum, and I
recommend AVG anti-virus.
