Netscape 4.06 is a full release. It came about as a result of the recent
Email and other security bugs. They added a few of 4.5's features so it
would be worth the download.
Netscape 4.5 is the new kid on the block.
4.5 is only available with 40 bit encryption.
It has just entered Preview Release 2.
PR1 was pretty buggy.
Can't speak to PR2s stability as I have not installed it.. Hopefully it is
more stable that PR1.
