    Reinforcing a question from the March 20th edition, I also have a problem with
my Win98 266mz computer offering the safe mode choice selection in order to start
up...this after it starts normally but then stalls on the splash screen which
requires a restart then the 'safe mode' recommendation. Choosing the first selection
in the list 'normal' produces a normal sequence to the desktop...any ideas?
