Yes, it works.  The first time you use it is a -very- time consuming
process because you have to download one application update, install it,
reboot, reload Oil Can and then move on to the next application.

BUT it is well worth the time invested!

You can download a free 30-day trial version which will update the
critical sections of Win95 and some major apps (naturally it won't do
everything for free).
