Does this option only show up on XP Home?  I have looked at 3 XP Pro
machines, and have not seen this choice, yet last night while fixing an
XP Home machine, I did see it under User Accounts.  Guess I should drill
down through the Microsoft Knowledge Base.......

There are three way to do it depending on some things, and I can't
explain all the permutations here... (Sorry moderators...)

Click Help and Support from the Start Menu.
Type this in to search box:
        Prevent a Forgotten Password
Drill down on the hit you get, and as you get deeper -- make the correct
selections.
