Laurel,
Something you might try is when you open search, put a checkmark in
Pictures and Photos, leave the "file name" and "words or phrases" fields blank. If
you can remember the date it was downloaded or close to it, click by "When Was
It Modified" and check the appropriate selection (within the last week, past
month or specify date if you can pinpoint it).
You may want to click "More advanced options" and put check by "Search
hidden folders as well as "Search system files and folders"
This will probably give you a large number of images but if you can scan
through and find it, You'll see the name of it. Right click it and select
properties to see it's location. You can also right click it and delete it from
here.
Since it keeps reloading itself as a wallpaper, I wonder if there is a file
hidden somewhere to make it do so and if the image is deleted, will you get
an error message? Or maybe the file is hidden in the image itself. Afraid I
can't answer those questions but hopefully the search options above will help
you find it.
Good Luck!
