The easiest way to do this is with a combobox control. From the toolbox,
select the combobox control. The wizard will walk you through how to get
your list. If the wizard does not fire up automatically, delete the
combobox, and make sure that the wizard on your toolbox is turned on. When
you make a new combobox, the wizard will fire.

Subject: [PCSOFT] An Access problem
I have designed a form based on a query from 3 tables. I wish to
know how I can prevent an unauthorized entry.
What I have created includes name ID from a NAMES table; my
question is how to prevent entering in the form a name ID that is not
in the NAMES table.
I shall very much appreciate advice on how to solve this
problem.
