If it drops it immediately you need to check to see if "Hang up when
finished..." is selected in Outlook Express Tools/options/dialup.  If it
drops off after a while, look in your internet settings in the control panel
in Internet properties/connection/settings and see if you have "disconnect
if idle" selected.  Some ISP's will also automatically drop you off after a
period of inactivity.
