You should be able to do this with W98 onwards (not sure about W95).  In
Explorer just click on View>Thumbnails.

Irfanview can also view images as thumbnails.

Hello

I really like the Windows XP option to view folders (with images) as
thumbnails.

I was wondering if there is a program that can replicate that for
Windows 9X
... and if there is where could I download it?
