Subject: HTML: difference between HREF and href

Is there a difference between the upper and lower case
format for the link command in HTML ?

I seem to be getting different results with them

A browser doesn't care if your code is upper case or lower. I have been told
that you should NOT mix upper and lower case on the same page as that might
slow the browser down or confuse it. What type of editor are you using?
Notepad should be steady as a rock! I use "gEDIT" that comes with Linux and
like it very much.
