Your question is kind of confusing.  Netscape Netcenter is a web site, it is
not part of the Netscape software package.  Are you having problems with the
fonts in ALL web sites, some web sites  or only that one?

If the problem is with only that one web site, then the problem is at the
web site and you will not be able to make any changes.  If the problem is
with ALL (or maybe even most) web sites then try this:
Click VIEW -- CHARACTER SET -- SET DEFAULT CHARACTER SET.

If it is not either of these, then please give us more details.
