Siva,

Click MESSAGE on the menu bar.
Then click NEW MESSAGE USING -- SELECT STATIONARY.
And click the CREATE NEW button.

The wizard will step you through the process of creating a file
which you can use as a "template"

Once created, you can then click the EDIT button to use NOTEPAD to
add to the new "stationary" but an HTML editor (like FrontPage Express or
CoffeeCup)
would be much more friendly
The stationary SHOULD BE located in
C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\MICROSOFT SHARED\STATIONARY
