I have sometimes needed to take ownership of files before being able to work
with them. This is true even as an administrator. Look at this info for
possible help:

http://www.blogsdna.com/2159/how-to-take-ownership-grant-permissions-to-acce
ss-files-folder-in-windows-7.htm

http://www.blogsdna.com/2173/add-take-ownership-option-in-right-click-contex
t-menu-of-windows-7.htm

Hope this helps.

*I am the administrator on my computer. I'm running Win7.

I am trying to sync my ipod to my itunes. I get an error message when I do.

"The ipod cannot be synced. You do not have enough access privileges for
this operation."

I also noticed recently that it asks my permission to move files around. It
never did that before. Something is set wrong.

Hope someone can help.

Diane
