My friend's computer is getting a message coming up "Hotbar.dll" not
available. I searched the the Register finding several places where this
is. Does any one know how to get rid of this message.
I'm afraid to delete it out of the register. Ithink she deleted a progam
through Windows Explorer not realizing that it doesn't take every file that
way. She is using Millennium Windows.
