Although you don't say what version of Outlook is used and did not specify
the version of Windows, it probably does not matter. There are two things
that you can check out. One is that the user profile for Outlook is
corrupted, and the other is that Outlook itself has some corruption. I would
first try to create a new profile and then use it with Outlook to see if the
problem goes away. The next step would be to uninstall and reinstall
Outlook. Others may have more suggestions, but would probably be interested
in knowing the version of Outlook and Windows.

Sorry about that. What is happening is that both his To and From lines show
his name no matter what message he receives. He has to open the message to
actually see who sent it.
