Hello Siva,
There may be a shorter way to achieve this, but:

Open any file folder.
In the upper menu select view.
In the pull down of view, select "folder options".
This will open a box with 3 tabs, general, VIEW, file types.
In view, under hidden files, mark the option "show all files".

If you know the name of the file, you should be able to do a file search
for it.  Once found, right click on the file, and deselect "Hidden"
under file attributes.

Also note, if you ever need to change the program that opens a certain
file extension, the "File Types" tab (see above) can be used, just
delete the old association example "readme.001"-->wordpad associated,
delete.  Then click a file with the .001 extension and associate with
notepad.
