Paul,

It "appears" tsad.dll is somehow linked to TimeSink spyware according to:
http://www.alphalink.com.au/~johnf/spyware.html .

Tsad.dll is not part of Zone Alarm, and is likely why you can't install it.

I would first suggest downloading "Ad-Aware", a great spyware removal program from
http://www.lavasoft.de/ .
After install and run, it should be able to remove tsad.dll, and all its component files.
You may also want to think about monitoring your registered program files with EasyCleaner, which
lists and removes
invalid registry entries. http://www.saunalahti.fi/tonihele/

After removing tsad.dll, you should be able to install Zone Alarm, but let us know either way.
