Cell phone time tends to be quite accurate within seconds of your local "true" time.

We have just changed back from Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time.
Because the U.S. government extended Daylight Saving Time by law, and because
Canada followed, there have been many problems caused by software that was
not prepared to adapt to the new legislation. Those problems should now
disappear because the old rules and the new rules are the same and will
remain the same until next spring.
