Lately, I've been deluged with a giant blue-screen asking me to "Get Started" with signing up with MSN Explorer. Each time I shut it down it just pops up again in a few seconds. This happens mostly when I go to my e-mail or every time I attempt to shut down my system. Where is this thing coming from? What did I do to encourage it? How can I kill it?
