My browser (Netscape 4.75) has started to give me problems.  Whenever I
am on a
webpage that has HTML links or in a message and I click on the reply to
or to in the header I get the following message:

           The document contained no data.
            Try again later, or contact the server's administrator.

                                 OK

I uninstalled netscape, rebooted, then installed it again,  didn't fix
the problem.
I uninstalled my dialup adapter, rebooted, reinstalled it,  didn't fix
the problem.

Any ideas on what is wrong and how to fix it?  Any help would be
appreciated.
